my parents have a lot of art in their houses.
bronze sculptures, a horse, a snobby woman with big feet, a woman bathing
serigraphs - trees, landscapes
paintings - portraits, greenhouses
my grandmother's big painting
a burlap weave with gold leafs that blow in the wind
a bunch of vassarrely prints
a hammered copper plate (looks like klee's)
a big abstract with a bunch of brown figures and a white negative space that looks like an "r"
an american woman, gothic style
my mom's black purpleheart table
a wire nest

art makes my parents happy. maybe they have art because they need it to feel whole.
